Oh Summer, how I long for the you. I miss the days of lounging in the pool and playing tennis. I miss our evenings of walking uptown, snarfing Grinder Man cookies, and catching a movie. No school, no work, just fun. I miss getting to see the sunshine. I miss having free time. I miss Summer. Oh how I miss Summer.
These depressed feelings came about as I was looking through these pictures. They just scream "SUMMER TIME!! YEAH!" Yep, just like that. As I looked through them, I actually got extremely excited because IT'S SUMMER! =) Then, I remembered, I don't get summers anymore. I think we all deserve summers! Don't you?!
Ok, so let's quickly move past my pity party and onto this ridiculously adorable child and all the fun she had enjoying Summer!
Steve and Cori, we had an absolute blast playing with her, just like we always do.Thanks for having us over! She's got so much personality which I hope these photos capture.
That's one of our favorite things about photography. We have the opportunity to capture real memories...more than just what a kid looks like at a certain age... but what they act like, do for fun, and the expressions they make. We strive to get fun images that, 20 years from now, will take you back. More on that later. For now, just enjoy! =)
