January 7th was a beautiful day and we're thrilled we got to document such a beautiful couple on said beautiful day. =)

Lenny and Emily have a great love for each other and their friends and family have such a great love for them.

Our day began at The Salon and the Sole Patch Barber Shop in Kansas City. This is where we met our fun videographer colleagues for the day - Jeff and Erica of Anecdotally Yours. We loved working with them - they are super sweet, talented, and talking to them made our wedding down time (dinner) even more fun! =)

Anyway, like I said, the wedding was gorgeous (as was everybody in it), the limo ride was super fun, and the reception was full of dancing (seriously... so many people hit the dance floor - loved it), good food, sweet toasts, and of course, love!

Here's to Lenny and Emily - thanks for the opportunity to share in your story! It was our pleasure to work with you.

Adam+Amanda: Wedding

The night before New Year's Eve we had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding for some beautiful people! You've met Adam and Amanda before here, so we'll skip to the wedding. It was a candlelit ceremony with a super fun reception and dance after. Everyone looked fabulous, especially Amanda - I absolutely love her dress! =)

Anyway, we're so glad we got to be a part of the big day. Here's just a quick peek!

Aaaaaand he's one!

Can't believe this little guy is already one! SO cute, no? =) We have absolutely loved capturing this family from engagement session to Aldrik's first birthday! The sailor outfit is Justin's from when he was one. =) Also, litter mister loves his sock monkey and barely left crumbs from his cake smash!! Justin and Erica had the cutest little sock monkey birthday party for him this past weekend too.

Super Girl

Our little buddy (and adopted niece) turned 4 earlier this month! Wow - time's a flyin' - and she's starting to look so grown up. Sigh. She had an adorable super hero party (hence the cape, etc...). She's awesome.

We love this kid!
